Submission Guidelines:

The Origami Review invites submissions of poetry, prose, or visual art from anyone between the ages 12-26. We welcome all kinds of submissions, particularly those that explore the boundaries of art and language, as well as, but not limited to, the experiences of marginalized or non-dominant cultures. That being said, writing should primarily be in English or accompanied by an English translation. Pieces that are overly graphic, sexual, or offensive will not be considered.

We’re happy to accept simultaneous submissions and previously published pieces! However, it is up to you to ensure that The Origami Review has the right to publish said work. If this changes at any point, please email us immediately at theorigamireview@gmail.com.

poetry: up to 5 pieces, maximum 100 lines

prose/creative non-fiction: up to 3 pieces, maximum 3,000 words

art: up to 5 pieces, original paintings, photographs and drawings are eligible
